PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery that is prevented in the projection of a holder 4 by its thickness by forming a recessed groove 3c for fitting the holder 4 on the upper surface of a lid plate 3, and also prevented in the projection of a stopper member of the holder 4 to the upper surface of the lid plate 3, and a fixing method of the storage battery.
