MEDIA ACCESS CONTROL METHOD IN RADIO NETWORK, TERMINAL, ACCESS POINT AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a media access control method for transmitting a data packet in remarkably short transmission stand-by time without the occurrence of DIFS time being non-communication time and to provide a terminal, an access point and a program. SOLUTION: A system where the access point communicates with one or more terminals through a radio network is provided with a first step in which the terminal having the data packet to be transmitted derives a contention window at random and informs the access point of the contention window as a contention period and a second step in which the access point registers the received contention window at every terminal and polling is transmitted in order from the terminal having the small contention window as a contention free period.
