PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize quick activation of the system which is required in camera and vehicle-mounted electrical components by not only contribution in reduction of current consumption but also shortening of oscillation stabilization waiting time. SOLUTION: The oscillator comprises an inverting amplifier (105) for inversely amplifying an input signal and then providing an output, a vibrator (103) connected between the input and output terminals of the inverting amplifier, a feedback resistor (104) connected in parallel with the vibrator, and output circuits (106 to 108) connected to the vibrator to output, to the function block, the first clock signal based on the signal of the load parallel resonance frequency or the parallel resonance frequency oscillated by the vibrator, inverting amplifier and feedback resistor.
