PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which efficiently quenches heat developed electric components in a cabinet, and decreases the number of components, thereby intending to reduce a cost. SOLUTION: The electronic device 1 has a cabinet 2 for accommodating a heat developed electric component 82; a frame 11 which is accommodated in the cabinet 2, forms a frame shape having two side face opposing to each other, and in which an end of one side of the two side face part adheres to an inner face of the cabinet 2; a circuit board 81 which defines the inside of the cabinet 2 as a machine chamber 2a which accommodates a main body and a wind path chamber 2b in which an outer air can circulate, is formed with the wind path chamber 2b in corporation with the inner face of the cabinet 2 and the two side face part of the frame 11, and mounts a heat developed electric component 82 in a state of exposing to the wind path chamber 2b; and a quenching fan 13 provided so that an aspiration side is interconnected to the wind path chamber 2b.
