PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged coin delivery device 23 which detects and eliminates loose coins and unusual packaged coins, delivers only normal packaged coins to a lift, and has a simplified structure by using the exclusion structures in common. SOLUTION: The packaged coin delivery device is provided with a direction conversion means 74 which carries out conversion of an accumulation direction of packaged coins sideways which fall from a packing section, a belt conveyor 62 on which packaged coins converted in direction sideways are mounted and can be conveyed corresponding to the accumulation direction, a loose coin detection means 93 which detects existence of loose coins on the belt conveyor 62, a package length detection means 98 which detects length of the accumulation direction of packaged coins on the belt conveyor 62, and a delivery means 85 to deliver the packaged coins on the belt conveyor 62 to the lift when the length of packaged coins is normal. In either case when the loose coins are detected or abnormalities of the length of packaged coins are detected, the belt conveyor 62 is rotated and these coins are eliminated from the belt conveyor 62.
