PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a camera module reduced in-size and weight even when using a piezoelectric element to incorporate an autofocus function and a zoom function. SOLUTION: A lens holder 15 has a guide bearing part 15b and a bearing part 15a formed therein, and a guide shaft 36 is disposed in parallel with an optical axis and is brought into contact with the guide bearing part 15b to movably guide the lens holder 15. When a driving shaft 37 is inserted through the gearing part 15a, the lens holder 15 is movably guided in the direction of the optical axis along the guide shaft 36, and the driving shaft receives driving force by the piezoelectric element 18 disposed in a piezoelectric holding part 15c of the lens holder 15. Then, the piezoelectric element 18 is pressed and fixed to the piezoelectric holding part 15c by a fixing member 21 having elasticity. The fixing member 21 has a pressurizing part 21d which pressurizes the piezoelectric element 18 extending in a direction approximately orthogonal to the optical axis, in a prescribed direction and an engagement part 21c which is disposed in a position approximately facing the pressurizing part 21d and is engaged with the lens holder 15.
