PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly process capable of reducing the consumption of materials and shortening processing time at packaging of electrical connection structure, and to provide a drive for a flat display panel. SOLUTION: A flat display panel is adopted that comprises a substrate, a plurality of common wires formed on the substrate, an anisotropic conductive material electrically connected to the common wires, a plurality of integrated circuits formed on the anisotropic conductive material, and one or more flexible printed circuit boards electrically connected to the anisotropic conductive material.
