PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist an operator to perform photographing operation whatever language the operator speaks. SOLUTION: In the photographic apparatus 100, an operation screen where a plurality of languages are selectively displayed is displayed, and a person to be photographed selects the language spoken by him (her) from a plurality of languages through an operation part 60. When one language is selected from a plurality of languages, an operation screen related to charge clearing corresponding to the selected language is read out from the DVD 15 and displayed on a display part 40, and also guidance announcing speech in the selected language is outputted from a speaker 55 and guidance on the charge is performed.
