PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stain prevention treatment agent for a lens with which the stain of a lens is removed, and transparency and stain preventability can be imparted thereto, and to provide a nonwoven fabric using the same. SOLUTION: A stain prevention treatment agent for a lens comprising a 2-methacryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine copolymer, a fluorine-based surfactant and a solvent, and in which the content of the 2-methacryloxyloxyethlphosphorylcholine copolymer to the whole weight of the stain prevention treatment agent for a lens is≤1 wt.% is prepared, and is impregnated into a nonwoven fabric.
