PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method and an analysis apparatus having high quantitative determination and repeatability, which can be utilized in the detection of minute expression level differences, concentration measurement of proteins, and the like. SOLUTION: The analysis method for a biological sample material is carried out under conditions where two or more different labeled objects exist in the same region. In the method, the signal intensity value of a certain specific labeled object among them is used, and signal intensity values of the other labeled objects are normalized.
