PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a rotor shaft in or out of a can body with no damage and easily set it in or out of the can body, if different in diameter therefrom, independently of the size of the diameter. SOLUTION: A vertical guide mechanism and lateral guide mechanism 10B are each detachably mounted on the rotor shaft 3. The vertical guide mechanism has a first support 11 detachably mounted on the rotor shaft 3 and a truck 18 mounted on the bottom of the first support 11 and having a travelling roller 25 for travelling on the bottom of an inner wall 2a of the can body 2. The lateral guide mechanism 10B has a second support 31 detachably mounted on a diameter shrunk portion 3b of the rotor shaft 3, an arm 35 protruded from the second support 31 along the radial direction, and a rotatable guide roller 40 mounted at the front end of the arm 35 movably in the radial direction.
