PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm a wear condition of a shoe sliding on a guide rail by a guide mechanism having a simple structure. SOLUTION: A side wall channel part 33 and a bottom wall channel part 34 are formed on a side wall inner face 30 sliding on a rail side face 14a and a bottom wall inner face 31 sliding on a rail top face 14b down to such depth that they are at wear limit positions for requiring replacement of a shoe in the shoe 25 composed of a pair of shoe side wall part 28 and a shoe bottom wall part 29 and sliding on the guide rail 3, respectively. It is possible to know a wear condition of the shoe side wall part 28 and the shoe bottom wall part 29 by visually confirming reduction of depth of respective channel parts 33, 34.
