PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skid type pallet in which base members of rectangular pipe material and skid members are connected to each other in a cross-shape without any troublesome work and entire members are easily assembled into a skid pattern. SOLUTION: A base member 10 is arranged such that a joint fitting 20 having thick connecting plates 25 extending along each of crossing planes X where skid members 15 over an upper surface 11 of the base member 10 cross to each other is fixed near the crossing planes, and the connecting plates of the joint fitting are formed with an engaging groove 29 crossing at a lower surface. In turn, the skid member is made such that a side surface 35 opposing against the joint fitting while being placed on the base member has a connecting hole 30 with an insertion port 30a opened into a hole shape into which the connecting plate can be inserted. A stopper port 30b opened in a more elongated shape in compliance with a sectional shape of the connecting plate at a position of the engaging groove is cooperatively arranged at at least one side in a longitudinal direction of the insertion port of the connecting hole and then an engaging piece 35a engaged with the engaging groove along a lower hole edge (r) of the stopper port is formed.
