PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapper bag showing a humidity adjustment effect and enabling a person to visually see the packaged content. SOLUTION: This is a moisture content adjusted wrapper bag comprising an outer film, inner film and intermediate layer arranged between both layers and the intermediate layer is a moisture absorbing layer. There are provided the moisture content adjusted wrapper bag and wrapper packaged with this wrapper bag wherein (a) the inner layer of the outer wrapping film at the packaged item and the outer layer of the inner wrapping film at the outer surface are a film of polymer selected from linear low density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, an intermediate density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, EVA, EAA, EMAA, EEA, ionomer, polypropylene, their blended compounds or ethylene-buten-1 copolymer; (b) the moisture absorbing layer at the middle layer is a film with a thickness of 10μm or more while zeolite of 1 to 60 wt% and silica gel, quicklime are mixed withpolymer selected from linear low density polyethylene, polypropylene as desired; and (c) the moisture absorbing layer of an intermediate layer is a film arranged while being adhered to any one of the inner layer of the outer part or the outer layer of the inner part or both of them.
