PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chassis frame structure suitable for the case that aluminum is used as a material and allowing rational assembling work to be performed. SOLUTION: A side rail 1 is constituted of a hollow front side rail 34 by fitting an inner rail 7 formed with flanges 6 projecting toward the side of a vehicle at upper and lower edges to an outer rail 5 formed with flanges 4 projecting toward the center of the vehicle at upper and lower edges so that the flanges 6 may be put into the flanges 4 of the outer rail 5 and a hollow rear side rail 35 formed by metal extrusion machining and continuous to the rear end of the front side rail 34. A cab and a steering mechanism are mounted on the front side rail 34. The length of the rear side rail 35 is set in accordance with an article loading device such as a deck and a box-shaped cargo chamber. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
