PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a knob member installed to a lid function as a hook for hooking a load bag without heightening strength of the lid. SOLUTION: A lock member 16 and a knob member 15 are inserted and engaged in through holes 6a bored on a lid 6 opening and closing an accommodation space 4 formed to a luggage room 2 from a rear face and a top face of the lid 6. A lock lever 26 and a knob lever 21 installed to the lock member 16 and the knob member 15 stand at a position displaced from a rotation center in a radial direction. When the lock member 16 is rotated upward, the lid 6 is locked under a closed condition. The lock lever 26 under a condition that the lid 6 is locked extends in a top end direction of the lid 6, and the knob lever 21 placed at a position symmetrical to the lock lever 26 takes a similar posture.
