Recombined polypeptide antibody or antibody fragment binds the ED-B domain of Fibronectin

Novel recombined polypeptide which is an antibody or an antibody fragment, which binds the ED-B domain of Fibronectin, and inhibits the interaction between the ED-B domain and its receptors. Independent claims are also included for the diagnostic and pharmaceutical applications of the recombinant polypeptide. The polypeptide has an affinity for the ED-B domain of K(D value equal to or less than 1 nM. ACTIVITY : Cytostatic. No biological data given. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Antibody therapy.
