Pharmaceutical composition (A) comprises a phospholipid compound (A1); (7-beta -hydroxy)cholesterol and/or beta -sitosterol (A2) and a negative charge carrier (A3). Pharmaceutical composition (A) comprises: (1) a phospholipid compound (A1) of formulae (I)-(VII); (2) (7-beta -hydroxy)cholesterol and/or beta -sitosterol (A2); and (3) a negative charge carrier (A3), i.e. a 16-36C carboxylic acid, preferably saturated or mono-/poly-unsaturated, particularly with cis double bonds; a compound of the gallic acid type; an amide of a fatty acid (saturated, mono- or poly-unsaturated) or a fatty acid amide of glycerophosphoethanolamine, R1>O-P(=O)(O->)-(CH2)n-N+>R2>R3>R4> (I), a compound of formula (II), R1>O-CH2CH2-OP (III), R1>O-CH2-CH(OP)-(CH2)x-Me (IV), R21>O-CH2-CH(OR22>)-CH2OP (V), R31>O-CH2-C[(CH2)zH][(CH2)yH]-CH2OP (VI), R41>OCH2-C(Me)(OH)-CH2OP (VII), and R51>-CONHCH2CH2OP(=O)(O->)-OCH2CHOH-CH2OH (VIII) R1>, R11>, R21>, R31>, R41>15-26C (un)saturated hydrocarbyl; R2>, R3> and R4>H, 1-6C alkyl, 3-6C cycloalkyl or 2-6C hydroxyalkyl, or two of them together form 2-5C alkylene; n : 2-6; R12> and R13>H, 1-6C alkyl or 2-4C hydroxyalkyl; m : 1 or 2; x : 0-4; R22>1-6C alkyl; y and z : 0-3, but not both 0; R51>15-25C hydrocarbyl; P : PI or PII; Provided that in (IV) positions of R1> and P may be exchanged and in (V) R21>, R22> and P = may occupy any positions in the glycerol molecule.
