The holder has half shells (2, 3) that are connected to a closed device. The half shell (2) is provided for positioning and fixing location of an optical lens or a lens group (1). The half shell (3) has resilient units for location positioning of the optical lens or the lens group and serves for accommodating a compensation medium. One of the half shells has a guiding unit for connecting the holder to a housing that encloses the holder.
