The cylindrical filter is partic. used in hydraulic systems having an annular insert of folded filter paper covered at the ends by a rigid circular disc with a central opening and a closed base disc, the latter with a protruding outer edge fitting over the insert. Fixed to the top disc is a rigid intermediate one, also with a central opening, between it and the insert, and whose protruding inner edge fits inside the latter. Parts of the top disc lie directly opposite the insert, and are glued to it together with the intermediate disc. The latter can be round, and a clearance fit inside the protruding outer edge of the top disc, while spaced round its periphery are recesses emanating from the outer edge, and extending for only part of the depth of the folds in the insert. |
