<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component recognizing method and apparatus for recognizing components without any recognition error by executing image recognizing processes through extraction of images of the photographed electronic components, while moving the components attracted and held with nozzle without increase in luminance of the lighting with use of urea sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The component recognizing apparatus generates accurate image recognizing data by synthesizing a plurality of images photographed during chip components 18 attracted and held with the nozzle 16 are moving within the sight of a CCD camera 29, and then executing the image recognizing process through generation of images including clear difference in gradation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
