<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee new setting of peer-to-peer communication sufficiently in an IP network. <P>SOLUTION: The packet relay system of peer-to-peer communication comprises a means for retrieving the route information of a packet having a destination address and a source address identical to those of the packet of a management object service traffic when transmission of which is requested anew from route information acquired by a route information acquiring means, a means for authorizing that each session included in the route information retrieved by the route information retrieving means can be set anew based on a circuit use rate acquired by a circuit use rate acquiring means, and a means for controlling transmission of the packet of management object service traffic based on authorization by the session authorizing means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
