<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the pain of a subject at the measurement of blood pressure when the blood pressure of the same person is measured again. <P>SOLUTION: The pain of the subject at the measurement of blood pressure is relieved by using an antilobium where less pain is felt than an upper arm or a finger as the measured region in the measurement of blood pressure. If the time between the first and second blood pressure measuring times is short, a target pressurizing value in the second measuring time is set, for example, at the maximum blood pressure +α(lower than a target pressure value in the first measuring time) based on the maximum blood pressure in the first measuring time, and the pressurizing speed in the second measuring time is set higher than that in the first measuring time.
