PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small high-frequency module for Ultra Wide Band (UWB) which has no interference. SOLUTION: The module is formed in such a way that a high-frequency switch circuit SW10 for switching transmission and reception, band-pass filters BPF10, BPF20 for passing signal of specific frequency bands, and balanced-unbalanced transformation circuit elements BALUN10, BALUN20, are integrated into a laminated dielectric substrate formed by laminating a plurality of dielectric layers. The pass-band widths of the band-pass filters BPF10, BPF20 are within a range of 1,500 MHz-7,500 MHz, and an insertion loss in the pass band of the band-pass filters BPF10, BPF20 is set at 1.5 dB or low.
