PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which reduces the circulation resistance of a cooling wind to enhance cooling capability, and can efficiently cool electric components and circuit boards. SOLUTION: The electronic device 1 has a cabinet 2 for accommodating an electric component 82; a circuit board 81 which is provided in the cabinet 2, is formed with a wind path chamber 2b to circulate an external air as the cooling wind in corporation with the cabinet 2, and also mounts the electric component 82 in a state of exposing to the wind path chamber 2b; and a cooling fan 13 arranged so that an aspiration side is interconnected with the wind path chamber 2b via a connecting path 16. The inner wall face of a connector 17 which connects the wind path chamber 2b with the connecting path 16 is formed as a smooth curved face so that the circulation resistance of the cooling wind is reduced.
