PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting display panel in which a prescribed pattern displayed under superior image quality can be obtained easily by combination of a light emitting region and a non-light emitting region. SOLUTION: On a transparent substrate 1 having flexibility, a transparent electrode 3 is formed by extending over both the light emitting region and the non-light emitting region, and at least one of auxiliary electrodes 5a, 5b is formed on a region corresponding to the non-light emitting region out of this transparent electrode, and electric insulating layers 7a, 7c, 7d are formed by covering the auxiliary electrode on the region corresponding to the non-light emitting region out of the transparent electrode, and furthermore an organic light emitting part 9 is formed on the region corresponding to the light emitting region out of at least the transparent electrode, and the rear face electrode 11 is formed on this organic light emitting part.
