PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press sensor restraining air bubbles from being trapped and reducing scatter of characteristics especially by improving the structure of lower face side of a lower side sheet. SOLUTION: The air bubbles 51 are appropriately released into aerial layers 50 by partially forming protruded parts 30 on a lower face of a lower side sheet 23, and interposing the aerial layers 50 between the lower side sheet 23 and a joint layer 47 even if air bubbles are generated between the joint layer 47 and the lower side sheet 23. By the above, trapping of the air bubbles 51 in the joint layer 47 is restrained, and variations of characteristics is reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
