PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent weather resistance, chemical resistance, adhesiveness, flexibility, abrasion resistance, melt fluidity at molding, heat resistance and scratch resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (A) a prescribed acrylic block copolymer and (B) an acrylic polymer containing at least 1.1 or more epoxy groups in one molecule. The acrylic block copolymer (A) comprises (a) a methacrylic polymer block and (b) an acrylic polymer block at least one of which has an acid anhydride group and/or a carboxy group.
