PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide spectacles with a nurturing light beam radiating function that can suppress cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction by preventing the eyes from being fatigued by making a bloodstream better and then raising the body temperature by putting on the spectacles. SOLUTION: Nose pads 8 and 8 fitted to a front portion 1 of a spectacle frame and ear bends 9 and 9 fitted onto temple tips contain 0.5 to 0.8% magnetite powder generating a weak electromagnetic wave of 6 to 16μm in wavelength.
