PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid drop delivering head and a liquid drop delivering apparatus equipped with at least two kinds of pressurizing liquid rooms having different vertical distances from the lowermost face of a plate member formed to face the electric thermal converting element to which a delivering opening is arranged to an electric thermal converting element, having high gradation, high resolution and high speed recording and being a low cost. SOLUTION: The liquid drop delivering head has an element substrate 1 equipped with a plurality of the electric thermal converting elements 12 and 15 for generating a delivering energy for applying pressure to a liquid, and a plate member 2 on which a plurality of delivering openings 13 and 16 facing to the electric thermal converting elements 12 and 15, are arranged. In this head, at least two kinds of the pressurizing liquid rooms 11 having different vertical distances H1 and H2 from the lowermost face of the plate member 2 formed to face the electric thermal converting elements 12 and 15 on which the delivering openings 13 and 16 are arranged, to the electric thermal converting elements 12 and 15, are equipped.
