PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house with garage capable of omitting walking difficulty due to the level difference in floor within the building or structure. SOLUTION: This is related to a house having a garage with an approach made from an adjacent street to the garage or entrance of the house within the site, and the garage is built from the approach to the entrance of the house. The approach is sloped down from the entrance of the house to the end of the approach connected at the boundary of the site. The garage is built from the front of the entrance to the house; the floor level of the entrance is made the same as or slightly higher than the floor level of the approach; and the floor level of any habitable spaces adjacent to the car parking area in the garage is made almost the same as the floor level of the entrance or entrance hall of the house.
