<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a situation of breakage of a bearing assembly caused by displacement of a spherical portion in the axial direction or rotating direction in a housing of a bearing assembly. <P>SOLUTION: This bearing assembly comprises the housing 11 and the spherical portion 12 at least partially stored in the housing 11, the housing 11 comprises a bearing race 14 formed on a recessed bearing face 17 and receiving at least a part of the spherical portion 12, a bearing sleeve 15 surrounding the bearing race 14, and an elastic member 16 mounted between the bearing race 14 and the bearing sleeve 15, and at least a pair of cooperative projecting portion 22 and recessed portion 21 are formed on surfaces 18, 19 adjacent to the elastic member 16, of the bearing race 14 and the bearing sleeve 15, and a surface of the elastic member 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
