PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booster for television receiver effective as a countermeasure against radio disturbance occurring in an analog television broadcast signal when digital terrestrial television broadcasting is started. SOLUTION: A receiving signal including an analog television broadcast signal and a digital terrestrial television broadcasting signal of strong field adjacent thereto on the underside is inputted to high frequency amplification stages 10a-10c, and amplified. An interstage filter 14 is provided between the high frequency amplification stages 10a-10c. This filter 14 consists of a bandpass filter 20 including the frequency band of the analog television broadcast signal in the pass band, and a pass circuit 22 connected in parallel with that filter 20 and generating pass loss in the entire frequency band.
