PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device shielding structure which can enhance a shield effect by reliably covering adjustment holes provided in a shield case after their adjustment. SOLUTION: In the measuring device shielding structure, a shield case 32 is provided in its one side surface 33 with measuring holes 34 for use when adjusted at positions facing adjustment function components mounted on a built-in mount circuit member, and is accommodated in a casing 12. The casing 12 includes a case main body 13 having an opening surface 14 on its one side 33 for accommodating the shield case 32, and a lid member 15 for covering the opening surface side 14 of the main body. The lid member 15 is provided on one side surface 33 of the shield case 32 with a notched surface 16 for collectively exposing the adjusting holes 34 at the opposing positions covering the regions of the respective adjusting holes 34.
