PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a miniaturization by shortening the length size of an electrolytic capacitor. SOLUTION: In the electrolytic capacitor which connects external terminals provided on both the surfaces of an insulating resin layer to a plurality of internal terminals led out from a capacitor element, covers this capacitor element by a laminate film, pressure seals the insulating resin layer with the laminate film and seals it; the external terminal connected to the internal terminal is bent, and the press bonding region of the laminate film of the insulating resin layer provided in this external terminal is arranged at the position at least projected from the internal terminal.
