PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a theft prevention structure of a vending machine capable of locking and unlocking without operating a cover member itself and preventing a cash processor inside a housing part from being pulled out easily even when the cover member is forcibly opened. SOLUTION: By providing an inner side of the cover member 5 with a lock plate 6 which engages freely removable with the side of the housing part 4 by moving in a vertical direction, locking and unlocking of the cover member 5 can be performed only by operation of the lock plate 6, so that space-saving and operability can be improved. In such a case, a bank note processor 3b inside the housing part 4 is covered with the lock plate 6, so that even when the cover member 5 is forcibly opened, the lock plate 6 covering the bank note processor 3b prevents the bank note processor 3b from being pulled easily out of a gap of the cover member 5.
