PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative analyzing method of an unstable material, and a pretreatment method. SOLUTION: In employing an analyzing technique for positively solubilizing a material unstable in a solution as pretreatment for obtaining a high quantifying precision to form a material solution, before the unstable material is changed to a stable material by decomposition or a valency change when the material solution is formed, the unstable material is reacted with the reactive material (the material reacting with the unstable material) preliminarily contained in the solution and the reactive material consumed by the reaction is quantified to quantitatively analyze the unstable material.
