PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the massage effect of a massage unit including a finger pressure element mounted on an annular belt. SOLUTION: This massage unit includes: a rotatable roller 30 linking with a driving means 50; a roller 40 disposed at a predetermined space from the roller 30 and parallel thereto; the annular belt 20 stretched between the rollers 30, 40; and the finger pressure element projected on the outer peripheral surface of the belt 20 to give a massage to a diseased part of a person to be treated. The outer peripheral surface of the belt 20 is provided with a plurality of finger pressure elements 60, 70, and the finger pressure elements 60, 70 are formed in different shapes of two or more kinds.
