PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the attaching position of an option member or the like in a wide range regardless of the size of a top plate or the like. SOLUTION: The upper ends of left and right leg bodies 2 with base legs 2a in front and back directions at lower ends are connected to each other by a horizontal connecting rod 3 of a non-circular cross section in left and right directions, and the rear end parts of at least one pair of left and right parallel link mechanisms 16 in the front and back directions are fixed to the horizontal connecting rod 3 so as to be projected to the front of the horizontal connecting rod 3. Also, the lower surface of the top plate is attached to both parallel link mechanisms 16 so that a large part of the top plate is positioned at the front of the horizontal connecting rod 3, an attaching member 52 for attaching the option member is fixed to the horizontal connecting rod 3, and the option members 50 and 51 are attached to the attaching member 52.
