PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner only for a seat where general usefulness of the seat at a seat apparatus is improved while carrying out air conditioning of each seat apparatus and where increase of the maintenance cost of a seat is suppressed, and to provide the seat apparatus including the air-conditioner only for the seat like this. SOLUTION: In a partition 12 constituting the seat apparatus 10 with the seat 11, a unit box 28 incorporating various kinds of air-conditioning related apparatus such as a blowing fan, a heat exchanger is equipped. When a cover member 21 is developed, a private space S of the seat device 10 is formed so as to make a kind of a closed space around the seat 11. Air sucked through an air suction port 29 is made into conditioned air whose temperature etc. is adjusted in the unit box 28, and guided to an air blow-out port 20 through an air duct 30 to be blown into the space S of the seat apparatus 10.
