PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rearing kit for admiring a sturgeon, capable of rearing the sturgeon for which rearing has been difficult hitherto at a place such as ordinary home incapable of installing an actual rearing apparatus and capable of appreciating the sturgeon as an aquarium fish and further to provide a rearing kit for culturing the sturgeon in which reared sturgeon can be eaten and to provide a biological learning material capable of observing hatching and growth of sturgeon, a cooking learning material capable of cooking and eating the reared sturgeon and a sturgeon-rearing kit for learning materials such as a combined learning material thereof. SOLUTION: The kit for rearing the sturgeon comprises a fertilized egg of sturgeon of the order Acipenceriformes, a light-transmitting bag or container in which rearing water for storing the fertilized egg of the sturgeon is put, a water tank for rearing the sturgeon, a tool for carrying the bag or the container while maintaining the temperature of the bag or the container at a room temperature±10°C and a system for returning the temperature of the bag or the container to the room temperature and incubating the fertilized egg of the sturgeon by shielding light.
