FIELD: medicine, toxicology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biologically active supplements for food, namely to a biologically active supplement for reducing alcoholic dependence. Invention proposes a silimarin-base biologically active supplement wherein as silimarin source the thistle fruits dry extract comprising 30-70 wt.-% of silimarin is used. The supplement comprises additionally phospholipids in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: thistle fruits extract, 10-20, and phospholipids, 80-90. Biologically active supplement is used in form of liposomes. Invention provides expanding assortment of high-effective biologically active supplements possessing the broad spectrum of effect and preventing harmful effect of environment technogenic pollution factors on human body.
