FIELD: preserving industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing fruits, their cavitational milling, separation of puree, addition of sugar syrup and sterilization. Addition of sugar solution is carried out before cavitational milling, and the preparation obtained by the successive extraction of micromycetus Mortierella globulifera biomass and the following combination of the first extract with a solid residue is added with sugar solution.
