<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor always stabilizing characteristics without making output characteristics unstable by inclining a tuning fork part stored in a pedestal and the inside of a cover. <P>SOLUTION: The angular velocity sensor comprises fixing a terminal 33 in the pedestal 30 on a circuit board 35 so that a gap 38 exists between the pedestal 30 and the circuit board 35, providing a curvature part 33b on the terminal 33 in the pedestal 30 positioned at the gap 38, and absorbing vibration from the outside of a higher frequency than the curvature part 33b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
