<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly attain movement compensation. <P>SOLUTION: An image processor 1 converts an image(image having fixed texture gradient) obtained as the result of image pickup at a fixed elevation angle into an image(front view image) picked up from the front so that the image of an object can be obtained with uniform linear motion even in the image. Then, the image processor 1 performs noise reduction processing with movement compensation to the whole front view image. That is, the image of the object is obtained with the uniform linear motion in the front view image so that accurate movement compensation can be attained, and that noise reduction or the like can be properly attained. The image processor 1 returns the image obtained as the result of processing to the image having the original texture gradient, and outputs it to, for example, a recording medium or display part or the like which is not shown in Figure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
