<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff capable of continuously measuring the blood pressure, specifically, a cuff to press the inner wall of an external acoustic meatus of a subject, and a hemadynamometer capable of being always worn and being easily worn. <P>SOLUTION: The outer diameter of a pressure body enclosing a side surface of a base material is made to expand outward from around the base material. The region in contact when the outer diameter is expanded outward is pressed by the pressure body when the cuff is worn in a recess or a hollow part in the subject. The blood pressure can be measured by stopping the blood flow on the surface of the part pressed by the pressure body. Accordingly, as the blood pressure can be measured in the recess or the hollow part in the subject, the blood pressure can be continuously measured. Especially, as the cuff has the pressure body whose outer diameter becomes larger on the side face of the bar-like base material, the inner wall of the external acoustic meatus can be pressed by the pressure body when the pressure body is inserted into the external acoustic meatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
