<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system wherein a plurality of users share the data of an optimum working condition, and its method. <P>SOLUTION: A working information sharing system comprises: a machine tool 30 including a sensor group 10 capable of measuring cutting power, a cutting temperature, surface roughness, tool wear and a diameter; a data base 40 storing working information X<SB>1</SB>-X<SB>n</SB>obtained by that so as to be freely retrieved; an experiment plan preparation program 50 for preparing an experiment plan by combining one of the items of a tool material kind, a tool shape, a cutting speed, a cutting depth, a feed speed and cutting oil so as to be different working conditions for respective materials; a control means 60 for making the machine tool 30 execute an experiment planed by that; a working information analysis program 70 for analyzing the working information X<SB>1</SB>-X<SB>n</SB>and converting them to high grade information Y<SB>1</SB>-Y<SB>n</SB>; and an optimum working condition search program 80 for searching the optimum working condition from the high grade information Y<SB>1</SB>-Y<SB>n</SB>arranged by them and stored in the data base 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
