<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation implement for a solar cell panel versatilely applicable to roofs of various forms, and reducing cost and shortening working time. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of placing the solar cell panel 1 on a tiled roof, a support 12 movable on a base 11 through guide holes 17 is provided and adjusted in position so as to be in an optimum state to a roof tile 56, and moreover fixing holes 16 are formed as elongate holes, so that the base 11 can be fixed by nails 58 even when the spacing of rafters differs. In the case of installing a foundation 61 on a folded plate roof, an installation implement comprising a receiving implement 31 and a presser implement 32 is used.
