<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic equipment cooling cartridge which is easy to maintain and cools down a heat generating component of electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic cooling cartridge is provided with a cartridge case 22 which is equipped with an electric connector 27 and is freely removably installed to an equipment main body 2 of the electronic equipment incorporating a CPU (the heat generating component) 11. The case 22 is provided with a heat receiving part 25, a heat radiation part 26, a liquid pump 23, and the electric connector 27 on the side of the cartridge. The cooling liquid flows through the heat receiving part 25. The heat receiving part 25 is thermally connected with the CPU 11 when the cartridge case 22 is fitted to a cartridge fitting part 3 of the equipment main body. The cooling liquid flowing out of the heat receiving part 25 flows through the heat radiation part 26. A liquid pump 23 operating by supplied power supplies the cooling liquid flowing out of the heat radiation part 26 to the heat receiving part 25 by absorbing the liquid.
