<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device that accommodates a complicated power supply sequence for a CPU and ensures a high power consumption reduction effect. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device comprises the CPU 10 having an arithmetic circuit, and a PMU 1 for implementing power control on the CPU 10 via a power IC 200. The PMU 1 has no arithmetic circuit.
